I do not have a fuse block in the back. And my P3 brake controller must fall asleep itself. When I press a button it wakes back up without turning on the ignition.

Looking at the wiring diagram, and I don't see the fuse block listed. I also see that the power for the brake controller comes straight from the battery at the fuse you said. Will see if my brake controller is lit when I get out at lunch too.

I don't believe the brake wear sensors have anything to do with anything. They are just a closed contact that opens when they detect brake wear. Unless you are talking about some other sensor.. I had a similar shimmy that has only happened once, while turning left when braking rather sharply...

My box trailer has LED's. They pulse all the time while running, and until the truck "shuts down" when parked.. I've just lived with it. Supposedly you can install resistors to get the truck to recognize the trailer. 150 ohm has been talked about.

Wow, that is a bunch of money to replace that plastic piece.. I just want to be able to get to the tie down without breaking clips, like I did last winter when it was more than 10 below zero and I needed to lash a ladder to the roof. But for $500 I can buy a lot of clips. Or buy another...
