I'd probably throw Ujoint on the rear but MGs coil kit in the front, would make for a lot smoother highway drives. Either way you couldn't go wrong that thing looks so agile compared to most "RVs" out there.
Not sure about other years but in 2010 the E150, E250 have the same frames that are just slightly shorter than the e350 in some sections. Other than that they are the exact same.
Edit- I forgot to add that the rear axles are different between the e150 and the e250/350. Just slightly less...
I have the modified radius arms and took it in for an alignment with nothing else done and it had 4.8*, not sure how it's different on yours.
After doing both MGs kit and your Leaf spring kit, I don't think I could have done your leaf spring kit by myself. I also don't know how to weld which...
As someone who has put almost 6k miles on MGs Coil Spring kit I would like to chime in.
Wait for things to settle and it will feel a lot better. All of the new springs and what not feels very stiff and awkward at first put as more miles are put on it starts to feel more solid and firm but...
Wives dont realize its what they want until they realize how functional it is. As far as being stealthy... there is no such thing in a giant van. If anything this would be way more stealthy because everyone would assume its just some stupid box truck, not an apartment on wheels.
Yep, no fuel tank cutting or relocation and the 5r110w doesn't need to be dropped either. It has the same wheel base 138" as the passenger vans. It's literally the easiest diy project for someone looking for something similar to an ambulance. I could have MGs kit mounted and driving away in a...

There is your answer.
5.4l V8, 5 Speed Transmission, Full Float rear axle with Traction-Lok (rare combo only available in these box trucks)
Get them down to 20k, spend ballpark 15k on a conversion from Ujoint/MG or skip the 4wd and use all of the other 20k...
^ sorry for the massive photo... I tried to use the small one but couldnt figure it out.
I also found this today. Smaller Box truck, v8 5.4l, 5 speed, full float rear axle with Traction-Lok. Literally just throw a 4wd conversion at it and you have a camper that would be more than capable...
I saw this box truck and thought of your build. I know its not anywhere close to what your accomplishing, but with the v8, 5 speed and full float rear axle with traction-lok all you would need to do is throw a Ujoint/MG kit on it...
265/70/16? I feel like that tire fills out the wheel well alot more than that but pictures can be deceiving. Is that the tire size your normally recommend with the 4" performance package?
