    Mazda CX-5 small SUV

I drove one for a week, and found it to be pretty darn nice. They handle really well on the road, and I'm sure would do well on gravel and in snow. You can read my review of it on it on my personal website: http://www.subcompactculture.com/2012/12/review-2013-mazda-cx-5-grand-touring.html - Andy

2010 Subaru Forester- roof rack, etc?

Here's my '12. I've been very happy with the BajaRack Mule. Very sturdy and well built. I have it mounted to Thule crossbars. I actually just took it off so I can mount my ski rack. - Andy

    Is this 8274 worth $300

Actually that's not an 8274. It's a Belleview winch. It was the predecessor to the M8274. Some people restore them, but parts are not as easy to come by as they are on an M8274. It looks like it's in rough shape from the pics. - Andy

    Camp Stereo

I've got a Jawbone Jambox and love it. Great sound for such a small system. Bluetooth is great since you don't need a cord. You can also use it as a speaker phone when it's attached to your mobile device. Really like mine. - Andy

    Wireless Winch Controllers

Yes, our wireless is made in China, but it is not a private-label item. It was designed in-house by our engineers, has underwent tons of testing, and is a very high-quality product. It is not universal, however. I'm not trying to sound like a shill here; just wanted to throw our option into the...

looking for an expedition car/wagon/small suv.

It's funny because that's exactly how I felt before buying mine. Here in the Portland area Subarus are a dime a dozen—one reason I wasn't all that interested in one. However, since I wanted to sell our SX4, there really weren't any other good options for an AWD smaller vehicle with a...

looking for an expedition car/wagon/small suv.

We really liked our Suzuki SX4s, and you can get them a good price since they don't have a great resale (and now that Suzuki is leaving the country, I'd expect prices to go down further). Other possibilities that come to mind: Toyota RAV4 Toyota Matrix (too low?) Honda CR-V Ford Escape/Mazda...
