Here's one for sale on the east coast, it's not a pop top, but has a nicely converted interior. They're asking $75k https://newyork.craigslist.org/lgi/cto/d/new-york-4x4-02-psd-hightop-campervan/7551834793.html
Found someone selling multiple of these Lifeline batteries for $100 each. Other than being 150 pounds, would these be a good base for a solar, off-grid setup?
How can I test the batteries to make sure theyre not shot?

I'm confused by the Jeep crowd that pays for a spare tire delete kit and runs without a spare. I've got a co-worker with a lifted Jeep two door, often muddy, no spare tire. Do roadside services patch tires? My experience years ago was they'd just help install the spare.

Please clarify some details for us, what do you mean by 'coil pack' and 'skipping'? First generation Xterra's have distributors, not coil packs.
They also have torsion bar springs in front and leaf springs in the back.
I don't have any experience with them, but I'm buying a no weld kit for my homemade 4x6 trailer from Compact Camping Store. They make a fiberglass M416 replica trailer with varying levels of DIY. Even the full kit with frame is less than Four Leaf, you'd need wheels and tires though...
I bought a used Foxwing locally for $250 along with an extension. Good shape, but it's missing the tension strap, I set it up with a piece of rope. Where can I get a strap or something equivalent?
Does the awning attach to the tent or the trailer? Dinoot makes a telescoping awning bracket that allows the awning to be raised. https://compactcampingstore.com/products/no-weld-rack-adjustable-awning-bracket-kit-standard?_pos=2&_sid=676500ff8&_ss=r
