Its a QT thing I derated my SWB FG to 4.5 T so the dragon wouldnt have to get her rigid licence so now my compliance plate reads GVM 4.495T and GCM unchanged at 10.5 T or close enough so I can legaly tow a HUGE !!! trailer like you say so long as the paperwork is in order its all legal
