Well the Kokanee are finally starting to spawn in the Dream Stream section of the South Platte. They are about 2-3 weeks late, as I found out the last time I went up there! The weather could not have been nicer. Here's a pic of the largest one I caught, 23". The rest were 16-22".
For the love of God please lets end this! Or maybe we should start a thread on abortion or global warming and try to prove who is right and wrong. :sport_box I thought the article was good but this is all I need to know.
"How GPS works
The intricacies of GPS are steeped in mathematics...
My 03 Dbl Cab SR5 TRD also has the manual t-case. From what I've seen the Limited Trim models came with the electronic case. I'm not sure if it was an option on the SR5 or not? I love my truck but have also ridden in the newer models and they are also very nice. I don't think you can go...
Same here. Always leave the lid cracked. Mine got closed a few weeks ago for about a week and it had a bad odor. Cleaned it and kept it open and now its fine.
I got a question for you Martyn. I noticed that some are now getting the front portion of trailer covered with Linex. I remember reading in the review of the Chaser posted here that you are now covering the front fenders with a protective vinyl shield. Is this true? If so I can only assume...
Looks great! We should be placing our order before the end of the year. Any idea on a final price of the Awning? Also I assume there is no interference with the lid opening when the tent is deployed? Hey, what's that red rachet strap you got connected to your wheel for? Are those...
Thanks again for all the info. I really like that awning option and the linex on the front of the trailer. I'll have to run those options by my team mate. I'm thinking the 1800 should be large enough for the family. It seems to be a perfect fit for the Chaser. As far as the memory foam...
Thanks for the reply. I went over everything with the wife and right now we are both leaning towards the Chaser. She actually surprised me a little when she said that. We really like the look of it and at this point think the $ savings outweighs the minor advantages, fridge and kitchen, of...
Okay so the wife and I have decided to sell the pop up and get an AT. :wings: So I am in the same dilema as others, Horizon or Chaser? Here are the pros of each I have come up with.
Horizon: side mounted kitchen with awning (very nice)
ability to get to fridge without...
Here are a few pics of our trip near Monarch pass. We had a great time. Good weather, good food and great scenery. The best part of it was my wife giving me the okay to get an Adventure Trailer Horizon!! :wings: She is tired of setting up and tearing down the popup and just thinks the...
Thanks for the comments. Did not go up to St Elmo this trip. We have been up there 3 or 4 times before. I love that town. Chalk Creek is one of out farvorite places to go. We've been up to Hancock, the Mary Murphy Mine and Pomeroy Lakes. We still have not gone up the Mount Antero Trail or...
I am just curious about the types of trips or plans the rest of you have for the Labor Day weekend. We've been doing our annual Labor Day camping trip for the past 7 years. Kind of a tradition now. Each year we pick a different spot in Colorado. This year we are setting up base camp near...
My wife and I took off Sunday, Monday and Tuesday for a little fun. Sunday we drove up to Leadville for lunch and a little hanging out. They just completed the Leadville 100 mile race. I like to run but man those people are sick! We want to do it someday! After Leadville we drove past...
I made it a point to bring my wife along when we bought our first new car 12 years ago. She had such a miserable experience she has never gone with me again. She just tells me to call her when it's time for her to sign the papers on whatever vehicle I've decided on! It is important to keep...
I keep meaning to go but always seem to have my Reserve duty on that day! I will be buying a raffle ticket though. Have you seen the vehicle they are raffling this year!
