Below is the NEC 690.7 temper correction chart
My panels have a VOC of 69V. The system was designed to be used at -10F (1.2) so the VOC becomes 82V which requires a Victorn 100/ controller
A larger controller would allow a 2nd portable panel to be used.
For storage both panels could be...
There's no Victron model number.

The Gramar suspension I used had 4"of travel with weight adjustment. These were run through more pot holes in a year than a highway seat would see in 10 years.
Yeah they'd bottom out occasionally but that just meant your pushing the machine too hard.
A little preheat (200F on a infrared thermo) with a propane torch will add 100A of power to a welder.
With aluminum it's always good to do a test weld and back break it to check for adhesion.
Very nice work!
I've use a few of the Grammar seats on equipment. The weight adjustment on the mechanical suspension worked great.

We are at 49 degees North.
Tilting will double the output Oct-March but not the duration.
With portable panel(s) set perpendicular to the sun twice a day we get 2-3 more hours Spring/Fall and 1-2 hours in the winter.
A 4" airgap will provide 2.5% more output vs. 1 1/2" airgap. There is...
I've used Delrin on Delrin for drawer slides.
UHMW or stainless steel on Delrin may work depending on the weight and size.
HDPE is soft you'll have limited sucsess with it.
Like to see where the the numbers came from for that report. Ask a body shop if they weld cuts longer than 2" like they can with steel or do they replace the whole (door, fender, box side) panel.
I'll leave my comment regarding the durability of alum as is. "May also want to look into the...
Yes. I've cut air bags open and seen the crap.
Take a look inside the tanks they should be OK of they were drained but if not..........
I would not use the tanks if there's cavitation corrosion inside. The rust will break off in hard beads.
Also risk the chance of the tank blowing up if...
Another option...
I've used compression spring seats and I was looking at a F550 a few days ago trying to figure out if it was worth modifiy the cab mounts for air

1 gal is good. Wouldn't go bigger. Line should be 3/8" or 1/2" is...
Be careful where/how you run the exhaust if it is run inside. Using some fiberglass sleeve helps to insulate the exhaust.
Make sure the exhaust isn't under a window/door.
My friend that owns one of F150 is a Ford tech. If there's a solution he'd have it.
I've seen between 30 and 40 boxes.
A commercial bed vs. a tuck box is an apples to oranges comparison.
Why is an aluminum bed is easier to repair?
I'll drive 2-F150s. One is owned by a freind the other by the father in law. Both have issues with tranmission shifting. It's the software not the tranmission.
Ford says there's no harm, nothing wrong when the transmission jumps gears and makes a thunk.
When not loaded the father in law...
