I'm starting to believe the Overlander GPS I have is a huge POS that customer service can't even figure out. Over 2 hours today alone wasted being transfered from one person to another and waiting for a call back from them. My NUVis work much better and easier to load routes, waypoints into.

I just got my Overlander yesterday. I'm still going thru it Planning to install a route to test out how it works tonight Any tips,tricks or shortcuts using it that's different from other Garmin GPS's?
