So this happened while on the DBBB I still haven’t been able to find another knuckle. So I’m starting to think I might have to go ahead and swap to tons.

Had to extend the awning mount out a little bit more I had it wedged against the rack to keep the quick removal bracket from rattling but it had the awning u shaped. Also mocked up a fairing because that rack starts roaring at about 40 mph.
It was bellow 100F today so I got out in the shop and worked on getting the gussets and tie downs put on brackets. I also figured out how I’m going to mount the awning.
