Just added a few feet to the bottom of the Helinox chair. Now I won't be so worried in soft ground.

I just tried to do a little research and it looks kind of vague. http://m.rei.com/help/guarantee.html There is a limited warranty but it says manufacturing defects. I don't think my bent poles would fall into that category. I will ask next time I am in the store.
