Agreed Hafwit Snow peak used to have a firebox as a separate unit paired to the BBQ box, but it has been discontinued. I would have actually liked to get one of those. They also discontinued the DO tray, but I managed to get one from Expedition Exchange. Love it :)

The first new products are on the japanese site. Some nice cooking pots but no IGT stuff yet.

These are the aluminum 'thingies' (to use the technical term :)) that slide in the rail on the long side of the IGT frame. You can then connect a side table, rail and stuff like that. I think they come standard with the IGT extension tables and the Hanger set (like in the picture below)

That makes a lot of sense guys. In Europe the gas canisters are common and I have an adapter to use another twist lock type so don't have to worry about running out of fuel. I do like the look of the partner stove. Those welds look like they could take a beating. I love the 'lowered' burner...

Are you guys looking at the Steel partner stove because of bulk gas capacity? I actually quite like the GS-220. 4-6 canisters will see me through most holidays/treks.

Edit: sorry, thought you were talking about the GS220, but this is a different stove Here is my stove in the 4 unit IGT with the BBQ box and stainless inserts.

I wouldn't mind a European Snow Peak way. The Japanese get togethers look great an seem good fun!

You guys are so lucky :drool: I went to pick up some gear from the Snow Peak European headoffice in Germany (Ratingen) a couple of years ago (as I said almost no one sells it in the Netherlands and no one has any real stock). Walking into a warehouse filled with Snow Peak items made my knees...
