You need to look at the mounting bolt. or the inner hub to see if it is wobbling. Its unlikely but possible that the outside is not perfectly eccentric to the inner. I feel like it should be though.

Im pretty sure my dad has a battery operated one. Id search that option first. If his isn't a battery operated one I know its at least 12v as he uses it in his camper without the generator running. Depending on insurance they may cover it for you also

You will not find a Modular Helmet with a Snell and I believe the same goes for ECE. If the helmet has a chinbar the Snell test includes a chinbar impact. A flip up helmet will not meet the requirements that Snell or ECE require. Yes Modular helmets are nice.... But 40% of all accidents are...

Have you had an alignment done on this? I am no 4x4 expert. I'm just curious what your caster and toe numbers are. If you have very little caster it would make the wheel not want to self straighten and could cause a flutter that then goes into a bump steer scenario where each swap induces...
