I should find out tomorrow if this container is on time… It’s been held up in customs, but can keep you posted.
Feel free to give me a ring and we can work out arrangements that meet your dates... I can snag one from the Sonoma shop if needed.
Thx

To my knowledge nobody has applied the Khaya to a custom flatbed application yet....although I am a HUGE fan of all things flatbed and have been very tempted to work w/ someone like Patriot Off Road to develop a productized flatbed for our 2018 Tacoma. That would add a huge amount of storage...
We will be picking up the new 4-sleeper Khaya in about 6 weeks at OX West. This model moves the stove outside but maintains the internal sink and sleeps 4 comfortably.
Really looking forward to testing this unit and will provide feedback as we test this summer...
Mounting will depend on your application of course, but in general, we are using Eezi-Awn feet to Alu-Cab 1450mm load bars, so the entire install is fairly modular and turn-key.
We have one Alu-Cab Woodbox 2.0 left in stock complete with the load bar system you will need to mount it to your roof. This is a great storage solution if you have a camper and want a home for things like chainsaw's, fire pits, and other "dirty" items you would rather not have rattling around...
Hey all,
We have a brand new, fully loaded 2019 Alu-Cab Canopy Camper 3rd Gen Tacoma (Black) arriving at our shop on 3/30 that will be available for immediate sale. So far as we know, this is the only in stock camper available in the US, and there is just the one for now.
Price is $15,442 +...
If you guys are referring to the silver tent on the green truck, that one was mounted with Alu-Cab load bars mounted to an Alu-Cab Explorer Canopy....all with out of the box hardware
The awnings are $1,499 and there are a variety of different mounting brackets made by Alu-Cab...so depending on your application there may be an off the shelf solution. PM me if you would like to discuss further
Both will be similar although the Alu-Cab tent comes standard with 6 shoe pockets built into the roof as well as 2 reading lights and a 12v / USB charge center
I'm not here to convince you of anything my friend...there are pros and cons to everything, you just need to pick what is right for you. If you are asking me what I like and appreciate about Alu-Cab tents after owning fiberglass hardshell tents for nearly 15 years, here is what I like:
