    Winches!

X2. LR Max hit the nail on the head. That covers us here in the NE as well. Very few overland routes would require a winch which also covers 99.9% of the Forrest roads unless you're going to be traveling when the roads are snow covered. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    2007 JKU maintenance - advice

Track Bar, Tie Rod, Upper and Lower control arms all have bushings that wear over time. The other item would be Ball Joints. All can be replaced with OEM or after market parts. A quality repair shop can check all of those items and let you know if there are any concerns if you're not sure what...

    2007 JKU maintenance - advice

It did feel a bit tighter than the oem unit and my oem only had about 20k on it when I swapped it out. Make sure though that all of your other steering parts are not worn though before adding a new stabilizer. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    2007 JKU maintenance - advice

I went with this unit from ARB after denting my original factory unit. It moves it up above the axle. http://m.quadratec.com/products/product.php?pid=16091+2016 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    C.Shontz 2001 Jeep Cherokee (Progress)

I know that feeling. 4 years and I still have a wish list for mine. I've seen the places you managed to go in your XJ though, while leading guys on 35's, so I doubt you would need any mods on the new one to do the same overland routes. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Overland XJs Unite!

I love the lockers in my Rubicon but If was going to purchase something due to being afraid of getting stuck I'd go with a winch first. It's usually cheaper and depending where you go with lockers you will eventually need a winch anyway. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    AEV Prospector first drive

Installation is included in the package prices. All package prices that are found on AEV's website and are installed at AEV include the install. Labor would only be a factor if installing parts purchased as separate items. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Jeep Auxiliary Wiring Basics

I'm using an SPOD. The simplest way to connect all of those items. Just run the wires to the SPOD and you're good to go. The only item not able to connect would be the winch. Follow Warns install on that one. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
