Yes the wheel wells are large enough but the outer trim may need to be removed.

Would it be easier to change the wheel well locations on the box or move the rear axle forward? What would it cost to move the rear axle? How long would it take to do so?

Would moving the rear axle affect the way the truck drives or the integrity of the chassis?

I plan on putting a passageway between the truck and the box. Now there is a 20 in gap between the two. In order to move the box forward I would have to move the wheel wells which I don't want to do. How should I deal with the gap?
