I bought a S-3 several years ago, the LCD screen burned out last year, turns out there was a recall on it, they sent me a refurbished S-5, love the camera, takes good shots. Does anybody use theirs beyond simple point and shoot in the 'auto' format? Tried any of the wide angle lenses offered...

Gotta be Grandpa's old bowie knife....must be 50-60yrs old and bombproof. An old cast iron skillet from my parents, prolly 30-40 yrs old (talk about seasoned!), and sadly, Dad's old Coleman stove just had to go, the new propane jobs are just too easy.

I've got a Hawk and love it. I don't know anything about the Outfitter, it doesn't appear to be made for serious off road use and looks much heavier than a FWC. I'd bet it's all wood and particle board. Guess it depends on how you plan to use it. FWC has been doing their thing for a long time...
