I was running the 285/75/17 toyo open country MT's on AEV wheels on my stock carrier.. and I can say it does not work.. not off roading it but the expansion joints on the highway would bounce the jeep bad and the carrier cracked bad.. These mounts are not made for more than 32's and light 32's...

I have a 625sxc,, the 640 with less stuff and slightly snottier mill.. by all means,, BUY IT!!!! they are fun.. they will get you in trouble.. nothing like pulling up to a group of HD riders going slow and cracking the throttle and passing them on one wheel..

Check the petcock in the fuel tank,, if you have debris it will clog on the strailer, shut off,, then once settled out will run again,, The 350 tt thats a 4stroker right?? Should be a good bike for you..

Look up Jeff Freddette,, He was and still is the man when it comes to the KDX 200.. Has new and used parts and info you can only find from Him.. He competed on the KDX its entire production range.. I had a 1983 with a 240 kit.. way fun.. aslo had a 87 and a 91.. great bikes..

just a fyi,, that 416 is the one with surge brakes,, they have a slightly heavier duty frame and the axle they used has the modern sized bearings,, meaning these are the ones that you can swap out hubs.. It should have a big inner and smaller outter bearing similar to what is used on most 3500#...

I'd rather suggest a suzuki DR 650 over the KLR,, I know they have a large following,, but I have rode a few and found them lacking on and off road.. so much so I'm awstruck at the large following.. must be the $..

The box width is 60 1/2" and between the tires looks to be 63",, the spring centers are roughly 53",, it was hard to measure with one person as my wife "was busy"..

If you can find one cheap,, look for a 12L tank and seat from a 2001ish dukeII they fit nice without being bulky like the 18 or 28L and give you some extra range. And We need some more pics..

What measurements do you need?? Mine is in the garage and can take some quicky measurements for you,, I can say the axle is about the same width or a little skinnier than my JK..

The 800 has a 33" seat height?? The one I sat on felt higher than the 650 dakar.. but both are lower than my 625 sxc.. But I ride tight trails.. I need ground clearance.. and the BMW has too much doo dads electronic wise for me as an off road bike.. Which is why the little 650cross country BMW...

Altho I like the bmw,, I'm more of a dirtbiker,, so I'd go with the 650gs if your more off-road,, more street, the 800,, 80% dirt,, 650X,, or go and take a KTM 950 or 990 adventure for a spin.. still a big bike,, but they are more dirt friendly.. if thats what your into,, Me I ride a 625 KTM...
