mostly cost, any of the big name companies (Deaver, Alcan among others) I am sure could come up with something perfect, but getting to get Canada would be killer on shipping/duty/taxes.
The only wild card left is to look into a local custom manufacturer and get them to build in extra load...

235 85 is 31.7 inches taller and 9.3 inches at the widest point. The tread blocks are pretty close to 7.5 or 8 inches though
