I'd take pride in what I do, too, but I keep getting distracted with a bad a case of the ****s from the chai water my counterparts keep getting out of the ditches and puddles.

For the life of me, I don't understand why folks want to slave their aux lights to their high beams rather than operate them independently as the situation warrants.

Actually, I don't think adding a sink and an outlet for 12v applications would be difficult or particularly expensive but I think it would start adding weight. Once dry goods and other kitchen supplies are loaded in the kitchen box, it will start to become a two-man lift.
The other technique is to use eggshells. They're just the right weight to settle slowly to the bottom and essentially cap the grounds. The benefit is eggshells do not cool the coffee.
