Interesting find. Don’t really understand the concept of extensive upgrade of base to accommodate the weight. Why not just build on a heavier duty chassis?

Yep, that's the ticket. Thanks Chris. I found the spare tire placement pretty interesting. Vehicle is on 37s, but has a 35 spare stuffed underneath. I would imagine owner didn't want something that big hanging off the back. If I get a flat tire on the back, do i need to move a 37 from the front...

Interesting find. If it has clean CA title, why can't it be registered in CA? I used to own a '03 E350 with a 7.3 PSD, registered in CA, and I don't remember any smog stuff on it.

When you have it tuned, doesn’t hp go up as well as torque? What size tires do you have now? You think you could get away with 4.11 gears?
