Yes, the this rig does have the ability to travel at acceptable speeds on highway, but pretty sure manufacturer of tires has stated 65 mph is max, which is ok by me.
Yes it is. It meets all my needs in a vehicle. I don't know enough about these vehicles to know if this is a fair price though, but if I was ready to purchase at this time, I would reach out to this owner.

The 6.0 is good once bulletproofed.
6.4 is a throwaway.
I had a 7.3 that I loved.
The first year 6.7 they had some turbo issues, and since then they have gotten much better.
The 6.0 that came in this vehicle original is junk. After $10-15K to bulletproof the 6.0 it is fairly reliable.
A Cummins swap is generally the way to go if the 6.0 blows up.
