This passed weekend hummer took us to some awesome places, we drove around 1800 miles, from central California cost to Giant Sequoia National Monument up towards Yosemite. 11 year old girl does some nice donuts on the dunes.

@Victory_Overland it’s was amazing, we are planning another one soon, it’s total wilderness with 2200 miles of trails, and most of them and technical trails, Lots of wild life and 100s of wild lakes. Be ready my friend, I’ll keep you posted on the next trip.

Kids What did we learn today? We learned that in California, you can surf, and snowboard in the same day even In August. Red LR4 has 220.000 miles on it and still runs like new, air suspension failed during one of the hard trails, but thankfully it came back up after about 20 min.

Who was the dude that said air suspension was reliable in craprover And defender should use that ? enjoy the picture, Toyota Land Cruiser pulling out LR4, suspension dropped in the worst part of the trail.

Power steering pump is a direct bolt on on the 6.2, But belt adjustment bracket must be made, I used ranger rovers original alternator adjustment bracket by cutting and shortening it.

To make room for double battery setup, power steering reservoir must be relocated, Simple aluminum bracket does the job.

@blackangie BMW engine that was used in rover vehicles in USA was the worst engine Land Rover came with. The funny part I that you consider it good business move, I am assuming you are not up to date what’s going on in USA Land Rover market and what ppl think of bmw vehicles and engines here...

@onemanarmy You are very correct, I guess I was frustrated, everything happened right after another, when I went to change the water pump it had 15 bolts, all different sizes, I said to myself, this thing gotta go.
