Take a closer look @ the front support, it is a piece of C-channel and you can easily run the cable under/inside of it, and that way it is protected from just about everything, looks super clean to! The cable WILL fit up there! :D

May i suggest moving that cable running over the top of the radiator?
It will constantly (while running) be exposed to extreme heat and could possibly melt the "loom" or damage the cable (depending on what your using)

80s are notorious for leaking and/or faulty sunroofs that dont fully close and are VERY noisy!
Also, the 80 roof rack mounts and sunroofs are the known areas to rust up pretty bad~!
