Down sized tow vehicle but up sized tow capacity. Lexus GX 460 Lux w/ off road package with 6,500 lb towing capacity. To obtain that capacity technically you have to run a sway bar. As I am told no go on sway bars with ARK articulating hitch. Trailer is only 3,800 pounds gwr but I worried about...

Yes ! Got the van all repaired and up for sale. Down sized to a Lexus GX 460 size wise but a bit better towing capacity. How is the Kingdom treating you guys?

Rob awesome post and I agree with everything you said. The Arkto is a bit heavier for sure. Comparing the 2023 models I believe they are close in cost. Not sure how the Teton could have more sleeping capacity as the Arkto is so much bigger.

Not to be rude as the Teton is a nice rig but no where near the size and quality of a Arkto. Not even close to the latest Arkto

ROA has a video of thier new mod of moving the spare tire to front tounge (great idea). Then they test the sway towing again empty with a Gladiator that likely has enough mods to bring towing capacity down to 6,500 pounds. Website says tounge weight is 500 lbs. Just curious what you all think...

That's what I figured but I was getting excited to have found something that was causing the huge difference in sway for a trailer that is only 1.5 feet longer. Could it be possible the D15 axel centerline is to far forward then the D13? Also website says the Dwellers have 24" of ground...

Not sure I follow. Timbrens were purchased by my Trailer manufacturer. Prepackaged brake hub was purchased from Dexter. Key word prepackaged. Dexter hub was installed by sliding on to Timbren spindle in the same fashion it would be installed on a Dexter spindle. These pre packed Dexter brake...
