Thank you heehawhardy! The picture was taken at Poinsettia Mining Camp which is Southeast of Fallon NV. Very cool place to check out and is maintained by the local boy scout troop.

I'd do some of the minor lift and tire mods as mentioned. Since your budget is limited, make sure to save some money so you can actually go on a trip! Gas is a major expense and one has to make sure they don't spend so much money on modifications that they don't have enough funds to support a...
Went out on another great run over the weekend. We covered 300 offroad miles and shared stories around the camp fire. I love this truck haha!
Also, I've got nearly 19,000 miles on the Falken Wildpeaks of which 3000 are offroad, and 2000 towing a 6000 travel trailer. Not one flat and the tires...
Some might think I'm biased, but the Reaper is ugly haha. The Mazzulla truck is bad azz. Not sure why anyone would buy a Reaper when they could just slap a blower and some Fox shocks themselves. They'd have a better looking truck and save at least 10 grand.
Also, not sure how this compete's...
With the number of runs we've been doing, I just don't have time to do a proper trip report but I thought you all would at least enjoy the pictures!
The Pony Express Run was an absolute blast. We had the opportunity to see some beautiful scenery, blast over some amazing terrain, and hang out...
I'd go for it but I'm biased haha. You can beef up the rear with some progressive springs like Deaver, or Atlas. I personally run deavers +3 which eliminate the stock lift block and sit about 1 inch higher overall. Truck sits nice and level loaded with 600lbs+ worth of gear for trips. They also...
Just a day trip but figured it was worth sharing. I'd been wanting to check out the Vegas to Reno race for quite sometime but being that it fell my on the same weekend as my wife's birthday, I figured the last thing my wife would want to do on her birthday weekend would be to go into the middle...
I'll try to remember to shoot you a pm next time we have a trip planned through there. It's got to be nice having the desert to go play in your backyard.
Thank you sir. You'll have to come out with us when you pick one up!
From there we headed through Laughlin and then to Searchlight where we had a our final drivers meeting of the day.

Here's a little report from our most recent club run...
To be honest, we thought we might be a little crazy to be taking 16 trucks across 3 states, covering 430 bone jarring miles in a single day. But than again, we are all probably a little crazy to be beating up these trucks.
The philosophy...
Looking forward to your build progress. Here's a few thoughts for you:
(A) Leave room so I can put my dirtbike in back while having camping gear or whatever in the back.
(B) Make sure that what ever is in there can be taken out easily when I do need to put the dirtbike in.
(C) This prevents...
