    Avanture and Red Rocker; You are right I did not explain ahead of time that I was going with SRW on this truck. As Advanture mentions, SRW is superior for mixed conditions. In addition to the the rear wheel being in the same track as the front for improved traction in ice, snow mud etc...

    Sounds like you should buy it and see how it goes. Nice thing about older vehicles in good shape, it would sell for what you paid for it if it doesn't work out and you don't have too much into it.
