I was just watching this today. I've been looking to see what the 'Rokon' guys have done to modify and upgrade these bikes. All in all they seem pretty robust, but everything has problems. rokonworld.com has some great resources I have found.

agreed. which is why I'd like to have some drawings. If nothng else to make sure things fit right and that a product that is paid for is what is expected. Not that fab shops dont know what to do, but so were all on the same page.

Thank you much. My measurement was attempting to get exterior max width of the bed poor mans style. I figured it would be off a tad. So looks like you only have maybe a 2" overhang on either side with your pics then, which I think would be acceptable.

does sketchup give capability for dimensions, so if I have a specific length/width to work with with known component sizes to see what actually fits? I'm assuming it would at least have some sort of measure tool?

Anyone by any chance know the actual specs for a factory 8' bed for an OBS (9th gen, '97) F series? By my measure its about 76", but for some reason that doesn't seem right. Specs for a flatbed are 80". Trying to figure out what width a rear bumper will need to be, and what the hangover...
