I think they got overwhelmed with all the new 6G folks the past 2 years. The folks that run it have been doing it for many years now and generally do a pretty good job.

Love the trip report and pics! I love the CO mountains and don't get to visit those passes enough. You probably encountered the Bronco Super Celebration West in Buena Vista - it's been happening for 4 years now and is quite popular. I attended the first one in 2020 and did a bunch of those...
As I recall, I had several friends with them measure them (might also be noted here on ExPo somewhere) and they weren't even 33" in loaded height, which was very disappointing to me.
I'm a tall/skinny tire fan myself - I had a 35/10.50/17 Kenda Klever tire a few years ago to try for fitment...
Wow - the price has gone crazy on those since the last time I priced them (like maybe $100+/tire). I don't think any manufacturer ever requested them. I looked into them a few years ago and decided to not go with them because they're load range D (I wanted C) and in true BFG fashion, they...
Yep - all good points. I would hope that the tooling had not been scrapped but that's probably not the case since it's been out of production for so long.
I also wish they could've kept the Nth Degree/AEV suspension kits going but those have a ton of SKUs/parts compared to the Highline kits...
We had a 10' model in the '80s that wasn't a cabover - I think Dad paid $600? for it.... It was a model from the '60s. Great camper and we made a lot of family memories with it. I was just thrilled to not have to assemble a tent every night when we camped...

Got my PR email on this yesterday as well - I'm very pleased with how it looks too! And coming out with something for a JK at this point....so unlike AEV of them to do that!

That first photo is actually a Meyers Manx, btw. That's Bruce Meyers himself in his first (or nearly first) buggy doing a photo shoot for Hot Rod magazine. The second shot is of one racing in the NORRA Mexican 1000. They're quite popular in that race and a good friend of mine raced his about...
Thanks! He's got some nice products. I love seeing enthusiasts designing/selling as a side hustle - @Metcalf is another one here with a great storefront with some neat products.

Thanks for the updates! Glad to see you went with some quality H4s - they are still my favorite in the LED-saturated market these days. We in the Bronco world really struggle with the quality of aftermarket/replacement parts too. Just recently put my old OEM window regulator back in my...
Similar situation with Agile - they're doing very few, if any, TTB 4x4 van conversions anymore either. Unfortunately those vans, and the parts to convert them, are aging out.

Thanks for all the great photos! Our family traveled through a lot of this area on a family vacation in the early '80s and I remember my head being on a swivel looking at all the cool old trucks and 4WDs in those small towns/farms (similar experience in southwestern CO about 40 years ago too)...
