I can see where that pic would cause concern, but it was taken long before ALL rust was cut out of the floor , replaced with weld in panels and coated with POR-15. I did not however get to the point of body work, and there is one bad place on the body. Here.

Check the track bar. These models came with one (even though they are leaf sprung). Sounds like bad bushings or a loose mount. I've had more than one these trucks give me the same problems. Both times the track bar was the culprit.

Took a 3 hour (each way) trip on the van this weekend. Everything did great !! Mileage on the diesel is almost exactly double of the old van with the gasser !! The power is definately there too !! Went into the mountains of WV and she really does much better than the gasser on the long pulls.

The Box/Cover will mount on the floor at the side door opening, with the 3rd seat mounting on top. I also used a little soap and water on her this weekend.
