I purchased the dual altenator option with mine. It was ordered with dual 220's with a 440 max rating. Spec'd it for this exact scenario.

Yes. Run a third independent battery with isolation during engine off periods. The winch I would run on the two main batteries, everything else can be on the switched/isolated one.
