These hotshots vehicles are built tough! GLWS Not too hard for a basic pass though. Remove the truck cab rear window, cut a matching hole in the box and install a boot. My camper is a similar hotshot vehicle (crew carrier) and has the passthrough setup. It works well!

I'll be sure to ask when I get the inspection done. You only need 4 of 6 items listed, so it's reasonable to say a cassette toilet won't qualify and still easily be able to have four other qualifying modifications.
