The new style radius arm trucks, 2013 for the 3500 and 2014 for the 2500 don’t have the issues the older 4 link had. I would not be hesitant on a good condition power wagon, just check it out like any other vehicle.

I’m surprised the body is solid, paint looks excellent, no dents, no faded or peeled paint. It has the original cover over the spare tire. I don’t need another vehicle, but I don’t want to miss a decent deal.

I got the titan tank for allot less than 2k. I like the idea of just pushing a button and transferring fuel into the main tank while driving down the road.

I’m not set against cans, I’ve done that for years. I’m just tired of a bunch of gas cans laying around the bed of my truck and having a factory spare tire I cannot use. Just makes sense to me to get a tank in place of a spare I can’t use.

It’s a 6.5 bed, not a long bed. The decked system fills the entire bed length wise. Yes the truck is a tradesman.

I just read up on that road and watched a few videos, if I were you I would bring warm clothes, first aid equipment, a full size spare or two, water a few extra fuel cans and make sure your vehicle is caught up on maintenance. I think this may be a place I need to check out sometime. The scenery...

Did AEV re gear the truck? I’m not up on the recruit... but given its AEV equipped its ready to go with quality products. I’m not sure if the 8 speed trans in my wife’s Jeep SRT is the same, but after 5 years of Daly driving with 500 hp, 100k and never having a trans flush it still shifts fine.

I have not heard of any issues, probably not a ton of them out there as they came out recently and ram switched to a new design on their 1500. That 8 speed has been very durable, are the axles in the recruit regraded? If so I wouldn’t worry.

How does your zr2 do towing? I have it you have the diesel.

Me too, 25 years of camping, hiking and traveling... never had a need for one.

I agree, although guys at work will buy anything and pay anything for something black that says tactical on it... complete waste of money.
