Ebay 15% off in app today. Mar12

Well, maybe not so much. Just tried to use code at 8:32pm PDT and it has expired, even though today is not over.

    Questions About Shocks/Springs Ram 2500

I am not going to change the rear springs as the only aftermarket springs I am aware of turn the truck into a 1/2T. Have you looked at the Carli diesel spring packs for the rear? I put Carli Hemi packs on my PW and they are an improvement over the factory packs. The diesel packs are higher...

    "Reviving" an AGM battery.

We don't know the details on the battery. We don't know the details on the charger. We don't know if that "smart" charger is smart enough or big enough for that battery. We don't know enough to have an informed opinion.

    Let's see your GMT800 headlights

I had the plastic headlights filmed three years ago on my Power Wagon and Tundra, and the PW needs to have the film redone every year because it gets loose around some of the edges and grit gets under the film. No problem with the Tundra but it does not get used as much or as hard as the PW. I...

and sticking with OEM replacement (not aftermarket) housings! Years ago, I found offshore aftermarket housings with glass lenses for my '98, and they are a huge improvement over the factory plastic crap. First set I bought did not fit, second set from a different vendor on Amazon fit...

    Custom Steel Wheels (for Toyota)

Try Stockton Wheel. My brother and I had them build wheel sets for a couple of cars a looooong time ago, but they have been in the wheel business for 124 years and they seem to have it figured out. Don't know about current prices but I had them do mine on a college kid's part time wages. I...

    Water container with spigot/hose

If you Google RV water tanks, there are hundreds of sizes out there from a bunch of manufacturers. A lot of them are somewhat translucent, so subject to algae growth if you leave water in them for long periods. If you clean and dry the tank between trips, there shouldn't be a problem. When I...

    Stainless steel snorkel

PVC is real heavy and bulky but easy to work with. Stainless looks cool but is difficult to work with, and would probably need to be TIG welded. Why not go with aluminum to save weight and simplify the build? Cheaper, lighter, and you could still polish it if that's your preference.

    First GEN sequoia bumpers

Aluminess had bumpers for the first gen Tundras. At least the front should fit the Sequoia, maybe the rear.

Eating crow....2018 Ram Power Wagon build

It was before trucks nutz were a thing, I think those who install truck nutz at the back of the truck should have to finish the job and strap a large dildo to the front. The dildo usually goes in the driver's seat.

Adventure ("Overland") Vehicles and Payload Capacity

The power wagon is rated light as it is on springs that allow more flex than the standard 3/4 ton. Same with the Raptor. Yeah, but the Raptor is not even a real truck. It's just a buggy with a truckish body dropped onto it.

Adventure ("Overland") Vehicles and Payload Capacity

If you are "stuck" with a half-ton, there are plenty of ways to improve it for more capacity. Wheels, tires, 3/4-ton brakes (rotors, calipers, master cylinder, proportioning valve), hydro booster (from a 1-ton in my case), spring packs, etc. I did most of that to my K1500 over the years and it...

    Multimeter recommendations

I have an old Craftsman that I like for casual use, but in real cold weather I have to warm it up before I can read the display. Not sure if this is an issue with any other brands. FWIW

    Super Duty Power Wagon competitor

Maybe, but the majority of those d-bags wouldn't qualify for or afford a $70K truck. Every single person that I personally know that has a 2nd Gen Raptor is in their late 30's or older including my nearly 70 year old father. I had a new 1st Gen Raptor back in 2011 when I was still in my 20's but...

    Super Duty Power Wagon competitor

I think the forced induction Voodoo engine of the Shelby would mis-market this trucks target audience and put it way out of reach of those that would otherwise be the most interested in such a model. Maybe, but if you look at the market success of the Rapturd, their target audience might be...

Sand ladders for a 15 ton overland truck???

Why not steel PSP? On a truck that heavy, the extra weight shouldn't be an issue. You posted about sand ladders, not bridging ladders, so these should work.

    Super Duty Power Wagon competitor

Found this from yesterday. Won't likely be a bargain in any real sense. Note the part about "“We are growing in the high (trim levels),” Farley said. " http://fordauthority.com/2019/01/ford-eyes-off-road-ready-super-duty-but-dont-call-it-a-raptor/

    Super Duty Power Wagon competitor

I feel like there was talk of this when the first power wagons came back on the market in 2005. Even vaguely remember seeing a prototype in a magazine then. I would be curious to see if they price them about like raptors. Ford did show a 250-PW variant around 2006, at the same time the Dodge...
