These rails came with a safari basket I ordered on amazon. The bars were too short for my wide van so i got the 60" cross bars. Yours for $80 + shipping. No hardware included

I was wondering if the surco safari baskets can be rotated? I see there is a 50W x 60L and the dimensions im looking for are 60W x 50L. Im looking to get a rack on top of my 76 g30 van and also not sure about the rain gutter mounts. If anyone has experience with this rack or other inexpensive...
