Mine did the same on both sides. I was able to do a little grinding on the bolt on the drivers side, passenger side is the head of the bolt so not much choice. Mine has finally stopped rubbing to where I can clean up and reseal the groove in the frame.
There is a spot on both sides of the rear side glass that might accommodate the bracket/RivNut. The Foxwing needs to be towards the rear of the van anyway to wrap around. I'll probably end up buying the Gowesty brackets, modify and use the RivNuts :( unless I find an alternative. I'm pretty...
When I put the lift, wheels and tires on I thought I was going to have to go down that road. A little trimming was all I did. I don’t want to take them off if I don’t have to.
Found this 2014 Express with 46k miles on it. AWD with the Explorer conversion. Had the van for almost a year now. It’s my wife’s DD. We love it and use it for weekend camping trips with the grandkids. Slowly building it to our needs but most of all just using it. Here’s a before and after so far.
