itd oksy, my girlfriend doesnt like them either, and about 3 other people on the internet agree with you. Its alright, not everybody is born with enough taste to appreciate the clean, stock, nostalgic look of the white steelies and dog dishes. :smiley_drive: hahaha. "black steelies! black...

Well, i gone and done it, swapped the 33's to the new (old) rims. Can you say 'vintage'??? With the good tires on there I went out and got the truck up to 65 real quick on a nice stretch of road (still dont have shocks). No noticable vibes in the driveline, it actually seems to vibe LESS on...

    CL Morgan's Cheap Jeep Build

May not be as economical as you hope, if thats a main concern. when I had my 4 banger on 32's but otherwise stock, i got 16-17. Before that the best I ever got was 22mpg on the highway. On the trail, sure. Those 4.10's will push it along fine, and same in the city. however on the highway if it...

Well, i may have messed up. Not sure if the new rear end is going to work under my truck, because narrow track quadra-trac axles have the largest offset of any of the axles they used. I'll likely bolt it up without doing anything to it to test the driveline angle and what not, then proceed...

I'm going to go with white as seen on the above wag. I'll admit black wheels have a time and a place, but I feel like they never really did my rig any justice. I'll be going factory chrome on white!

While I appreciate your sentiments about it being a beautiful jeep, please, have no fear! Form is about as important as function to me. Keep reading below. Ding ding ding! Set of D44's from underneath a 77 wag (narrow track) with factory tow package (3.54's) and most important of all, discs...
