An easier way to look at it- what percentage of your 160k was used off road, or in need of more maneuverability (or better yet, negated you from accessing a trail)?? Compare that to how often you utilized the power, size/space/capacity, towing and comfort of your Ram. I dare say a single towing...

drrobinson, interesting question as I have one from a sold F-350 6.5’ bed and considering retrofitting it to my new 150 w/ 5.5’ bed. Initial analysis makes it look doable with minimal issues/hurdles. But I am also wanting to keep my bed cover, and that is the challenge!!

Concerning tire size question above- we have '20 F-150 CCSB EB 3.5 w/ level kit spacer for now, likely go ICON after a few miles, Timbren in rear. And running 275/65-20 or 34" (Duratracs) without rubs or issues. Likely move on to 295/65-20 when ICON installed, which go 35-35.5" pending...
