Where are you located? I know Marius Garon in quebec city will built an axle, just not sure about. Bolt cicrle, any trailer manufacturing shop (metal shop) built their axle in house and I beleive e trailer will ship to canada. But those parts are heavy and shipping cost will go,accordingly...
