Sadly installed the hard top. It was this time of year again when the soft top was on more than it was off. To to me, back to hard top before the snow falls in. Soon, the snow plow will also be install and if mother nature does her thing, then 25 feet of snow until next april. :)

If you really want to go manual, a stand up bike pump would do fine. Those are made to pump past 100 lbs. They can last for a life time if kept clean. You can find fairly high volume pump. They will not be that good to reset a beed, cause you need more cfm, but to re-inflate a down tire...

Nice. Go with pop rivets. Simple and efficient. Or shallow t-nut and mechanical screws. I did the rivet for my entire assembly but mine in only 32'' but orr and orr as well. I only used strips of 1/8 aluminium instead of full bottom. And very sturdy so far, more than 2 years later.

You will only find regular and diesel in many parts of quebec. Near the cities, no problems, but when you head north of the province, or in small villages that only have 1 gas station with low density population, you will likely only find 87 and diesel. But all of them should have octane...
