Interesting to read the concerns with your Engel! I've owned two and while I live in a fairly warm climate I've always set my dial at 1 - 1.5 and let 'er rip. I use a analog thermometer hanging from the basket to monitor the temp every time I open the lid. It's always been between 35-40 degrees...

OME 891 with Daystar 1" spacers. Only weight I have are drawers and a fridge. They will sag after a couple of years, this is why I run the spacer

Picked up an Oztent so no longer need this. In good shape. Comes with anti condensation mat. Small tear in travel cover. No mold, stains, rips, or holes in tent. Tent is in Austin, TX. Asking $450. Thanks for looking.
