I've personally put 3000 miles on mine, changed all fluids, replaced the barometric pressure sensor and it runs great. have some friends who have put over 30k on their expedition truck with minimal issues. one time was a clogged injector. the C7 engine is generally considered a PITA by cat...

I think you'll be looking at wheel well cutouts too, the tires are 46.5" and the frame is at 48" off the ground. the strait axles have stoppers at 8" of flex to either side. that point is roughly 7" inside the outside of the frame rails. meaning that if your right side finds a hole and the left...

Hi Ray, We have already registered with a standard campsite and were originally intending on driving up in our pickup with our dirt bikes, though i suppose a few things can be accomplished on the truck by then and drive it up. it is my hope to have a 100% completed chassis with subframe and...

nice! I'm considering a planetary gear elimination to change from the 2:1 reduction gears to a 1:1 ring and pinion. with the amount of torque these things have and the overbuilt nature of these military trucks, a fixed hub should allow it to move faster at a lower rpm. in 7th gear it should...
