Looks like they really took a lot of time slapping that interior together :-\ Its basically an old Chinook shell dropped on a pickup chassis.

depends on latitude as well. I would never get by with a 70 watt panel at 43 degrees north and a flat roof mounted panel. I have a 100 watt and its not really enough here.

wouldn't touch it. Salvage title to start with, double or more what its worth clean title secondly. Salvage titles can cause obtaining registration and insurance issues in a lot of states.

They are awesome, I've had a few of these (Onite) for around 5 years. Never skip a beat. I have both the ones with the on/off switch and with the dimmer control. I like the dimmers better.

Basically no such thing as FMVSS before 1968. And you can't swap on a FMVSS decal from a 2WD NAS Van to a Delica being the decal is tied to the VIN. Unless you are thinking that committing a felony isn't so bad.
