I like the nice smooth radius on the edges of the drawer fronts and sides; did you round them over with a router or shape them with the 40 grit?
For me, it's just as fast to use the 40 grit on the orbital once you consider the router set-up time, adjustment, put away...Plus it looks less...

(above) Another dry day, time to install the water diverter over the rear door…The channel was drilled out for the screws, then positioned over the door with three screws, then masking taped around to ease the clean up of the silicone caulking..
