Ripcord, how do you like the 2085 hinges at the front? Do they space out the 8020 rails a little bit to accommodate for the bulb seal?

So you just slightly bent the Keder track over the 90 degree inside 8020 joining corners? They are raised above the main 8020 extrusions about 1/4".

how are you doing the corners of the canvas where they meet the 80/20? Got a good photo of that area from the inside?

Yes, as I know, the vehicle must be 25 years old from the DAY of manufacture to import into the USA. Unless originally bought new in USA and then imported into Canada? there may be some other strange rules in that situation.

I think that would be difficult to impossible to import to USA unfortunately.
