Take a look at the Max Burton cooker, temp is selectable and is a nice unit. Cooking compartment isn't as big as I would like but it certainly gets the job done. I line mine with foil for easy quick cleanup. Runs about 60 bucks from Amazon.

+1 on the Gas 1, just bought one and are very happy. This stove really heats fast.

If you need more time to figure it out just pull the negative cable on the battery, that will stop the drain.

It would help to know the actual Mfgr. of your unit not the marketing company. Like some many other things there are really very few Mfgrs. of this type of appliance.

Perhaps if you posted a pic of the units out port we could offer better solutions. It's not difficult to change chord ends?

I have an idea that may provide you a measure of safety. Spice the cord between the Vair clamps and the Vair using a pair Anderson connectors making sure the end from the compressor will mate with your existing wiring? If you want to use clamps reconnect Voila!

Tires, suspension, sliders will get you 90% of the places you want to go. A rack in my opinion should be way down the line, the factory rack can handle a lot of gear. Lights and snorkel are over rated IMHO. What part of So Cal are you in?

Regardless of what you put in there and all the external security available I for one am very uncomfortable without some added hard mounted hardware to prevent or delay theft? Just my old school .02.

One place you are going to have to wing it is the struts that returned back to the hood. Certainly doable just need to find the new extended length and fab a couple up?
