My bad, there is usually a label on the vehicle that says California Emissions Legal or not, I don't think it is a big deal after 7500 miles, but another buddy asked about it too.

Nope, I was going to go get it, but someone from Yuma AZ got it first I have been told. Sadly for that person I am hoping they aren't able to register it like they are thinking they will be able to and then somehow they contact me when they go to part it out.

Hmm ok, and that back bumper does it hang too far in that if you went to a bigger tire and fiberglass that it would hit the tire? Hard to tell.
