NO POWER ON 12 VOLTS
My 80 qt works just fine on 110 but not on 12 volts checking power cord to see if 12 volts going thru cord. if so where do I turn, pull off side plate and see if 12 volt plug is connected?
I believe you just answered your own question,if a simple relay changeout worked just replace that relay. They are cheap and very easy to get. In hindsight the problem they were causing should have clued us all in, they start to work then don't in other words the relay closes passing power then...
I'd first try removing the lights from the SPOD and use a 12v test light/probe in the terminal you just vacated that should let you know if the SPOD is good or bad same for lights? If SPOD is bad change one of the relays for the one on the bad slot?
Rewired my second battery from being stand alone to linked with primary and added provision to move my National Luna power pac to the jeep. Also added Anderson connectors to all connections solar, battery and secondary power fuse block. All of this would've been a real mess without the Anderson...

If you are primarily in the western portion try Scenic Maps West. It is an app for iPad and costs the princely sum of $10. The entire data base remains resident on your machine thus eliminating the download issue. It has many features and multiple views (5) of any map currently being displayed...
Ok here it goes height of box floor to top of box (with lid open) is 17.5" the basket ht is 14.875" That being said you also need to take into consideration the lid thickness or are you lifting it off prior to removing basket?

Hi Dave how did you route the cables up to the truck battery after it goes thru the bed? I was thinking of crossing over to passenger side while in engine compartment then straight back? Would use heat shield as passing Cat.
Soory for appearing dense but you removed the piece that the rubber liner screwed to? I was just going to drill down with a step bit just didn't want to hit one of those metal air-conditioning lines
Did you blindly drill down thru the hard plastic underliner and fish it thru or some how remove that under liner and the drill? I want to run a USB hub up out of that location
