no but i could certainly use something to dampen the action in the front, it's hard to describe but at speed it feels like the steering is way over assisted... perhaps a combo of 60psi front and no damper

Band clamps are a great and much cheaper alternative, good suggestion! They even sell "stepped" band clamps that accommodate for a slip fit. If I were building it for you, assuming no muffler just pipe front to back it would be 500-$600 parts and labor. Stainless just looks pretty and costs...

I think you'd be better off going custom, just dont let them take advantage of you on the material cost. Aluminized steel even in 4" diameter is cheap. Have them add two or three v bands so you can take it off in sections also, nothing worse than an exhaust that comes out in one piece!

Got the Hellwig rear sway bar installed on my 92, I can now officially pass a truck or be passed by a truck or drive in moderate crosswinds without clenching the steering wheel while sweating and sweating profusely.

That thing is a hell of a build... just a paint and some wheels/ tires away from being a cool ass rig. The HD thing... yuck.
