I used to have the same problem until I got the nemo strato loft. Double zipper flap that acts like a blanket hood that holds the pillow and sleeve that holds a pad best system out there imo. They have lots of bags with the same features.
Just measured mine it's 9" without the ladder and the ladder is 3". I store the ladder on top of truckbed drawers it stores big at least 50" long. You aren't sleeping 4 in the horizon vision and don't have an annex option. What the original poster is looking for is going to be a tough find. Best...
Pony I have always wanted to do this matter of fact I posted a similar thread awhile back like you got limited response. Can't wait to hear about your experience with it please follow up after you get yours.
Oside glad you got to get out and use the tent nice write up. Funny how everyone has their quirks with their tents I have had the zipper issue with one of the windows but it's minor and not the doors that would be a pia. No issues with the legs here and my base is super solid we weigh the same...
Punker I haven't had the tent out in cold weather yet this will be my first winter with it. I haven't considered the isothermic kit but the first time I freeze my junk off this winter I could change my mind quickly. The simplicity of this tent appeals to me hoping I don't need it.
Lucky j all...
Oside had mine for 6 months lots of nights logged so far condensation has been a complete non issue you are going to love the tent I have a few minor complaints but really overall think it's incredible I haven't considered theisothermic kit can't help you there
Yeah I have a magnum truckvault with the line x. I love the drawers they perform exactly as advertised they just don't hold enough gear and remember I have the magnum drawers these give me 11" or interior height. I basically had to rethink all my gear get to fit in the drawers or store it on top...
Mine is mounted on a 13" all pro rack perfect height imo. Low enough for simple set up but still high enough for decent driving visibility I would hate any sort of fold over rtt mounted higher if I was forced to go above cab height I would go with a style clamshell rtt.
Pros are ease of set up...
I'm not a fan of any of the air filled pillows tried the sts both sizes and the nemo fillow love the thermarest compressible pillow they take up a little more space but its worth it to me.
Hi folks new to the forum I know mattresses and bedding has been covered here in great detail and I'm reading through as much as possible so I apologize for starting another thread on this. I have a Baroud horizon vision I absolutely love the tent and I'm pretty darned happy with the mattress as...
I have a ton of the Ryobi 18V stuff in my camping gear this fan is my absolute favorite so much better than any of the o2cool battery operated fans I have used the thing really pushes air. The good batteries are insanely expensive but if you use them for multiple 18V items it isn't as painful.
