I wish I would have taken more progress pics but I usually forget when I'm in work mode.
I decided I to gut the interior so I could make some mods and do a better job of insulation. For others that are building these you'll notice I cut away the diamond plate aluminum from around the inner...
Hi All. I've seen a few other ERV builds on here so I figured I might as well start one too. I've been meaning to start one for a while but just haven't gotten around to it.
A little back story on myself. With regards to hobbies and general lifestyle I consider myself a builder first and an...
I formed an aluminum u channel to go around the opening that spans from inside the box to inside the air dam and used generous amounts of silicone to seal it up. Time will tell if it's sealed well enough but I'll probably just consider that to be dampish so I'll use plastic bins etc when...

I picked one of these up last Nov off Ebay for $9500 and it's a great platform for a camper conversion. Extremely well built and everything is nice and square with plenty of aluminum frame structure to mount to. Would definitely recommend getting one if you get a chance. I plan on starting a...

Here are some pics of the interior. The lift bed frame, drawers, (2) 25 gallon water tanks and benches are mostly installed. The idea is to have the table on slides above the two large middle drawers so it can be stowed away for more room . Sorry for the wide angle pics but it's tough to get...
